I had a great service experience w/ Coquitlam Chrysler. They fixed my broken passenger side-view mirror on the spot, without an appointment, in 5 minutes. - Seriously. I asked if my warranty covered the cost because it's a new vehicle/1year old, and they weren't sure if glass was covered. I was prepared to pay, but they covered it! If it wasn't covered, they were very gracious and I'm thankful for it. I look forward to my next oil change appointment.

Went in for a quick oil change and waited about a half hour from start to finish. Great stop for a super hassle free visit. Employees were all very polite and efficient.

I had a great experience with a service advisor. I came in to see why my fob remote wasn’t working properly and going through batteries quickly. Conclusion, my fob was failing and needed to be replaced. I was also made aware of recalls that my truck has and was able to get it fixed within the hour. He was polite and had a smile. Happy customer!

We went in today looking for a Wrangler Sport S model. Austen Kelly (the Fleet Manager) was the person who took care of us. Even though the dealership did not have the specific model we were looking for, he took the time to go through all the inventory for Sport S in BC. He answered all the questions we had on the car and helped us evaluate the trade-in values that were offered to us from other dealerships. Austen's professionalism and honesty was excellent, I was sad to leave the dealership without making a purchase.

They provide good service. I purchased my car from them had and had an issue of my rear view camera that was added upon my request. had an issue with it and the dealership took full responsibility and replaced a 3000$ item to get the camera working. I get regular calls to check if I'm happy with my car. When I drop the car for maintenance they drop me back and they come pick to pick me up whenever the car is ready.

I assume most of the negative reviews are on their vehicle servicing section of their company because my experience of purchasing a car here was seamless. I purchased my car through Ryan and he made the process quick and easy. The whole process was very smooth. Sam, the insurance agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company if you are planning to buy a new or used car.

I dealt with Gina. She was always straight up with me and always responded to my questions. The transaction of the sale did take a little longer than I had wanted, but that was not the dealerships fault nor my sales lady. Offered a good price for my trade in and an even better price on the used car I bought. We have had our 2 cars serviced by Melissa in the shop for almost 10 years now with outstanding service. We recently needed a mini-van and she pointed us in the direction of Tex. Don't let the nickname fool you, he was helpful, understanding and most importantly listened to our needs and price concerns. Before even showing us the vehicles we sat down and he went over what options were within our price range. From there he only showed us vehicles that we were interested in and he was not high pressure at any point during the sales process. During test drives and delivery he went through all the options and features of the vehicle and even then we weren't rushed. When it comes time to replace our other vehicle we will be returning to Coquitlam Chrysler and Tex.

I bought a 2008 Wrangler at this dealership a couple of weeks ago. Vehicle seemed in good shape and was inspected by Jeep/Chrysler. Sadly, the service department neglected to fill the tires properly; as soon as I left the lot the "check tire pressure" light came on in the dash. A quick stop at Kal-Tire solved that problem, but two tires were seriously under-inflated. Therefore, 1 * deduction.

In sales, Nick was very helpful and accommodated my special requests. He also took the time to follow up with me, so I might give this dealership another chance and have some nicer seats installed soon.

We arrived and were quickly greeted by a smile. Marty showed us all of the appropriate minivans, and when the time came to sit down and negotiate price, he was respectful and determined to make a deal that worked for us as well as the dealership. We arrived thinking we were going to purchase elsewhere, but wanted to do our due diligence. However, within 4 hours we were driving off in our new minivan which we are very pleased with. Yesterday, we went to Coquitlam Chrysler and was greeted by Marty as we were getting out of our old 2003 Jeep we wanted to trade in. Told Marty what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. From the start, Marty was informative and funny, allowing us to take our time to look at all the used cars. We found Marty to not be the sterotype "pushy" car salesperson, which we truly appreciated.

Once we found the car, went on a test drive and fell in love with it. Upon the suggestion of Marty, we were offered the ability to take the car home over night. Which was great. In the end we were not able to make the numbers work. However, with the assistance of Gina and Kelly, we test drove another car with Marty today, one we were also looking at and closer to our price range, and went home with it!

In summary, we had a good experience at Coquitlam Chrysler. And thanks to Marty, someone went home as a happy customer.

I had a great experience purchasing my pre-owned Jeep at Coquitlam Chrysler. Marty took care of me from the moment I pulled in and stepped out of my old beater, explaining to him I needed a new ride. He showed me a few different Jeeps and when I expressed interest in one in particular, he suggested I take it home for the night and let my wife check it out. Even now, months later he calls me to follow up and make sure I'm still happy. I don't do that for customers at my work but it makes me think I should because I feel very well looked-after. Marty made sure all the other employees at the dealership treated me well (which I'm sure they would have anyway). Al the finance guy was also great to deal with. He helped me understand all the finance options and warranty very well.

The service rep Jamie was extremely helpful in getting the maintenance on our car taken care of. She worked with us to schedule a time that worked best for us - and gave us detailed info on how long it would take and how much it would cost. The service team gave us a bit of insight into things we may consider taking care of accompanied with the price range we could expect. They also stuck to the initial timeline and quote -- no surprises on our end, and no dealing with pushy sales people (as has been our experience at other service lots.)

Overall the experience was very friendly, professional and and very informative. It was our first time there and we'll likely go back for future maintenance.

The coffee in the lobby wasn't great, but at least there's a Tim Horton's nearby ;)
